As much as we all love Fall fashion, the image of our depleting bank accounts sometimes interferes in all the shopping fun. Let’s face it. Jeans, boots, sweaters, and outerwear are probably the most expensive items in our closets. It’s hard to stock up, when each item is extremely costly. As we get older, stores like Forever 21 aren’t as easy to shop in, nor necessarily age appropriate. While I miss those carefree clubbing days, where minimal clothing was recommended, it’s time to face reality and dress like grown ups. Granted, these stores do still offer cute items from time to time, but being a mom on the go requires more. We endure a lot of daily mishaps and spills, so we need QUALITY!!!
Quality, however, doesn’t have to be cashmere or Neiman Marcus. It just means frequenting stores such as Nordstrom or Gap, that offer a wide range of options, sizes, and styles, while still making sure that they will last. I also like to shop in stores that offer discounts and promotions. It’s such a thrill snagging an awesome item on sale! Another way to become a smart and savvy shopper, is to buy your bigger items, such as booties, sweaters, and jackets at the end of the season. Those marked down prices are hard to beat. We all may wish for the demise of Winter by February and crave bathing suits and sundresses, but take my advice. Unfortunately, Summer is a much shorter season and realistically less expensive. It makes perfect sense to stock up on these pricier Winter items whenever you can.

With that said, I have compiled my TOP TEN must-have sweaters and booties: All under $100! This season you will not only stay warm and cozy but you will look fashionable and on trend too. Happy Shopping!!!
