Camo

Sep 3, 2018

Is there a print you just can’t seem to pass up?  In the past, florals had my heart.  Lately, however, a new print on the block has my utmost attention: Camo!  Every time I see a piece adorning this print, I can’t resist.  It’s one of those trends you either love or hate.  For awhile, I thought it may even become obsolete on the runway.  The catwalk, however, made a strong case for the return of camouflage, and celebrities have been repeatedly on the camo bandwagon as well.  The key to camo, however, is this.  Don’t wear more than one piece at a time and keep the rest of your ensemble very simple.  Simplicity is the essence of chic.

This Socialite thermal was a #1 seller during the Nordstrom sale, and sold out faster than the speed of light.  I was able to snag it at full price before it sold out again.  I really hope it makes a comeback because it’s just that good.  It’s soft, casual, and looks great dressed up or down with denim.  Ding, ding, ding: versatility at its best!

It looks great tucked in with denim shorts, jeans, or even a skirt. My monogrammed bag from I love Jewelry pairs well with it too!

My camo dress is another great closet essential.  It’s just so easy to pull off.  Wear it with sneakers or booties and throw a cardigan or denim jacket over it on cooler days for the perfect Fall look.  This swing dress is not only super practical but extremely flattering too!

I love the comfort and easiness of this camo swing dress. Guess what? It has pockets!

If camo isn’t your cup of tea, then I apologize for boring you with this post.  If you are digging this print, however, then get super excited.   Camouflage is trending big time and there will be plenty of styles to incorporate into your wardrobe this season!
