Balloon Sleeve Sweater

Jan 10, 2018

This weather is a blogger’s worst nightmare.  It’s practically impossible to get pictures taken due to the Arctic like temperatures we are experiencing!  Thankfully, my best friend Jen has been helping me out at her beautiful home.  Indoor pictures can be so difficult due to lighting, but she has been doing a great job.  She is super patient with all my wardrobe changes too.

I am very fortunate to have so many  supportive friends who give up their time to help me improve and grow my business.  I am in the process of convincing my hubby to step on board as another one of my reliable photographers.  He caved and got us a puppy, so anything is possible, right?!  Now I just need to purchase a new camera!  If you have any suggestions, comment below.  I am not very savvy in this department:)

I am wearing a small. I like my sweaters to be roomy and a bit oversized in appearance. If you like things more fitted, then size down.

I previously mentioned my obsession with the color ivory.  Well, here I am again in yet another ivory sweater!  I have been eyeing this one up from Express for awhile now.  I bought my mom and sister-in-law one in other colors for Christmas and had to have one for myself too!  Once I saw that it was on sale, I ran to the mall.  I love the balloon sleeves.  I think it adds something unique to a basic sweater.  Its soft cable knit fabric and boat neckline, make it super comfortable and an easy sweater to style for everyday.  Is it bad that I want it in every color?  If I find an article of clothing that fits well, I tend to buy it in multiple colors because I know I will get use out of it.  This is one of those pieces.  It’s certainly a timeless sweater that will remain hung in my closet for years to come.

Now it’s time to go research cameras and persuade my hubby to add photographer to his resume.  Stay tuned!
